The Malaga province has marketed more than 6,000 newly built homes in the last twelve months, with a 15% rise.
It remains generally as the second national market with the highest sales rate by population level.
The real estate sector continues to go through a period of great activity, with Malaga as one of the outstanding protagonists of this new era of boom. The province is currently the third in Spain of numbers of homes sold more than 6,000 in the last twelve months, just behind the two large national markets by population volume: Madrid, which recorded almost 17,600 sales and Barcelona which remained in 8,473, according to the latest report of the College of Registrars.
